Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) or Windows 11, 64-bit. Windows 11 is recommended.
WebView2 runtime: it's built into Windows 11 and current Windows 10, and the installer should bootstrap it if missing.
macOS: your release builds an Apple Silicon .dmg, so macOS 11 or later on an M-series Mac. Intel Macs aren't built.
Not supported: Windows 7/8, 32-bit Windows, Linux, Chromebooks.

RAM: 4 GB can run it, but it will be tight. The host window, the TV window, the Python backend and downloads all run at once.
Disk: the song cache holds up to 30 downloaded videos, plus filler music, logos and overlays.
Graphics: the TV window plays 1080p video at full screen with overlays, so a PC without video decode will stutter.
Network: a stable wired or good Wi-Fi connection, with 10 Mbps down as a floor and 25 Mbps or more recommended. It's needed for YouTube playback and song downloads, and for the phone request QR. Phones need to reach the cloud relay.
What to know first:
Once the download file completes, opening it may encounter a warning message from you operating system. Do not worry. please expand the options or learn more to run anyways. This will bring up the normal installer. please follow the prompts and select the desired options.
Firewall: allow the program on private networks, since the local server runs on port 8001.
